See Inside Bethenny Frankel's Former NYC Condo that She Just Re-Listed for $4.37M
The Real Housewives of New York City mogul is ready to ditch her old Soho digs.
She may be best associated with cocktails and philanthropy, but Bethenny Frankel has definitely found a new passion — er, #sidehustle — and it’s firmly rooted in the home, design, and real estate world. Need a catch up? There’s Bethenny’s stunning Hamptons investment property, for one, that even Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’ Tracy Tutor said was too beautiful to sell! (Fact: The property is currently listed for $2.75 mil.)
Now we’ve learned that Bethenny is looking to unload the former condo she shared with daughter Brynn and purchased for $4.2 million in 2014. Located in a prestigious Soho building, the two-bedroom, 2,300-square-foot apartment was previously listed for $5.25 million back in 2017 but never found a buyer. This week Bethenny put it back on the market, albeit with the much lower price of $4.38 million.
Take a tour of the property below, and be sure to tune into RHONY on Wednesdays at 9/8c!
Located on a cobblestone street in downtown Soho, the main living room in Bethenny’s former condo is awash in natural light.
The all-white kitchen flanks a wood-burning fireplace – a Manhattan rarity!
The master bedroom has beautiful hardwood floorings, floor-to-ceiling drapes, and a sophisticated flush-mount chandelier.
Is this Barney’s or Bethenny’s (former) closet?! With uplighting galore, the closet is an exquisite space to hold one’s clothes.
It’s official: There’s no such thing as too much marble, which Bethenny’s master bathroom easily proves.
The condo’s second, larger bedroom has a darling window bench and a light pink ceiling we’re sure fellow pink-lover Sonja Morgan would approve of!
