In her Instagram Stories, Kathy showed off the incredibly lavish cake she served at Victoria's engagement party. From Erie Coffeeshop & Bakery, the gorgeous dessert was dripping with white and silver frosting; its sides were decked with edible pearls and ornate bursts of frosting that looked like exotic flowers.
It's no surprise that Kathy arranged for a luxurious cake for her mini-me, considering that she once got Victoria a rainbow-butterfly cake that looked like it belonged on a runway.
