Jackie Clarifies the Price of Her Hamptons House, and It's Even Higher Than We Thought
The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Jackie Goldschneider reveals the *true* price tag on a monthly stay at her massive beach house.
Jackie Goldschneider revealed on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey that her beach house in the Hamptons rents for a whopping $50,000 per month. But times have changed, and the price has gone up since that was shot, she admitted Wednesday, January 17, inside the Bravo Clubhouse on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. "Why is your beach house $50,000 a month?" a caller asked Jackie. "Like, that's crazy!"
"My beach house is actually $60,000 a month, so let's just get that right!" Jackie clarified.
Andy, who was beaming at the news, said, "By the way, dude, it's on the ocean in the Hamptons, it's multi-bedrooms, and that is actually the going rate!"
"Yeah, so I'm just over here being rich!" Jackie laughed.
In the episode, after finding out the monthly rental price of the home, Jennifer Aydin Googled the property and found that it may actually be worth as much as $2.7 million at the moment, which actually sounds like a bit of a steal for the prime oceanfront location. It will likely only go up in value, too.
