Frank Catania Just Bought a House with Brittany: “I’m Gonna Have to Break It to David”
Dolores Catania’s ex-husband revealed he is finally moving out of David Principe’s house and into a new home with his girlfriend.
Frank Catania and his girlfriend, Brittany Mattessich, just made a major move.
During Part 1 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 13 reunion, which aired on May 30, Dolores Catania shared that her ex-husband is still living with her ex-boyfriend David Principe. However, on Part 3 of the heated sit-down, Frank revealed that won’t be the case for long.
When Frank took his seat for Part 3, which aired on June 13, Andy had some questions about his current living arrangement. “You remaining in David’s house is a head-scratcher to me,” Andy said. “Are you paying him rent?”
Although Frank explained, “I take care of many things in the house,” he stated that he will soon be moving out.

“I’m glad to say that Brittany and I have closed on our own house,” Frank said. “I’m gonna have to break it to David before this reunion airs, because I haven’t told him yet.”
Frank Catania’s History of Living with David Principe
In March 2020, Dolores shocked Andy on an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen when she told him that Frank had moved in with David, who was her boyfriend at the time, after Frank broke both of his legs the month prior. “They live together,” she said. “I don’t live there. He’s in David’s house.”
“David wakes up in the middle of the night to give him his medicine,” she continued. “David gave him a shower!”
As viewers will remember, Dolores and Frank worked with David to build that house, which was completed during Season 11, but Dolores never officially moved in.
After Frank recovered, he and Dolores also worked together to gut-renovate her house, which took more than a year to finish. Although Frank planned to live there with Dolores and their two kids, things took a turn when Dolores began her relationship with Paul “Paulie” Connell.
“I have a boyfriend now, and for Frank to be staying with me… it’s like, enough,” she explained during RHONJ’s Season 12 reunion in 2022. With that, Frank revealed in The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 12 After Show (video above) that he was back to living “mainly” at David’s house.
Where does Dolores live now?
Although Dolores has no plans to sell her newly renovated house, where her kids currently reside, she now lives with Paulie. However, as the Season 13 finale revealed, the couple is looking for a new home together.
