The New Jersey Housewives Reveal What You Didn’t See in Paul Connell’s “Sexy” House
The RHONJ ladies can’t get over one unique feature of Dolores Catania’s boyfriend’s home.
On the April 4 episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Dolores Catania hosted the group at her boyfriend Paul “Paulie” Connell’s home, and her castmates were beyond impressed by the stunning pad. While viewers got a peek at Paulie’s kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony, it turns out there was another incredible feature of the house that the group is still talking about.
In The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 13 After Show video above, Melissa Gorga shares, “The whole house smells like cologne. Like good cologne.”
Dolores explains that “Paul is known for his scent” and had a “custom” feature put into his house to ensure the place always smells fantastic. Clearly, the ladies took note.
“He’s got, like, the scent system in the house. I got it because of him,” Rachel Fuda says. “I was like, ‘I need this in my home.’”
The specific scent left a lasting impression, to say the least. “Dolores gave me a cashmere poncho for my mother that she no longer wears. I sent it to the cleaners twice. It still smells like Paulie,” Margaret Josephs says, while Danielle Cabral shares, “I smelled like him for a week after.”
The smell was just one part of the home that the ladies raved about. Danielle declares the house is “sexy” and “clean,” while Melissa says, “It’s one of the best bachelor pads I ever saw.”
Unsurprisingly, Dolores has no problem spending plenty of time at Paulie’s home, although she didn’t anticipate doing so when they started dating. “I don’t officially live [at Paulie’s]. But I do spend a lot of time there,” she told BravoTV.com in September 2022. “That’s an adjustment for both of us… That wasn’t something I planned on.”
When she’s not at Paulie’s, Dolores has her own beautiful (and newly renovated) house to reside in. Just one of the many recent upgrades to the home is the jaw-dropping backyard, which you can see in the video below.
