All of RHOM's Nicole Martin's Incredible Homes From Florida to Colorado
The Real Housewives of Miami cast member has quite the real estate portfolio.
Even after selling their former Coral Gables mansion to Jeff Bezos' parents for a cool $34 million, Dr. Nicole Martin and her fiancé Anthony M. Lopez own a ton of jaw-dropping homes between them. "In addition to the apartment that we currently live in, we have our [new] house in Coral Gables that we're remodeling and our newly-built home in Colorado," The Real Housewives of Miami cast member explained in Season 6. "And then we also have some investment properties."
By now, the couple — who share 4-year-old son Greyson and are currently expecting their second child — have worked out a smooth system to home remodeling. "Anthony and I have a very good balance when it comes to how we do homes," Nicole shared in Season 6. "Anthony is like a control freak. I get overwhelmed if [there are] too many choices, so he will go and narrow decisions down to about three or four options and then present those three or four options to me. He starts the process and then we kind of finish it together."

Nicole Martin's New $21.5 Million Coral Gables Mansion
On the Season 6 premiere of RHOM, viewers got a look at Nicole's stunning new six-bedroom, six-bathroom home, which the episode noted was $21.5 million. The 10,500-square-foot abode with an acre of property in Coral Gables had a jaw-dropping waterfront view, a 15-car garage, its own dock, and a resort-like pool overlooking the water.
“I mean that’s what sold us, the lot and the natural light, like it’s beautiful,” Nicole said as she and Anthony walked through the empty spaces and plotted their next design moves.
Still, there was work to be done. In the episode, Nicole and Anthony explained they considered the pad a "huge remodeling project."
Nicole Martin's Coral Gables Renovation Update: January 2024
In Season 6, Episode 10, Nicole and Anthony shared a look at the major progress they've made on their new home renovation thus far.
Among the newly redone areas was a stunning kitchen, a gigantic closet for Nicole, and Greyson's bedroom with incredible water views. "When you said it was moving fast, this is so fast," Nicole said to Anthony as she looked around the construction site. "I can just envision two kids running around the house chasing each other," said Nicole, who announced in November that she is pregnant.
Nicole Martin's Fisher Island Vacation Condo
While their Coral Gables manse undergoes renovations, Nicole and her family are staying full-time in their Fisher Island vacation condo. "That's been our home for a couple of years," she explained in the Season 6 premiere. Later, in Episode 3, she told her mother that she had become fond of the apartment as her full-time residence. "I like this condo living," she said. "It's small but it's cozy... I just feel like here we do so many things together."
Nicole Martin's Colorado Vacation Home
In March 2023, Nicole gave her Instagram followers a peek inside her new vacation home in Colorado. “Home sweet home… Colorado edition,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “Got some requests for a home tour, so here it is.” The three-story residence includes four bedrooms, including a “bunk room” for her son, an upstairs loft, an open-concept kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and incredible views. However, the “best part” is that the house is a ski-in/ski-out property with direct access to the slopes, she noted.
Nicole Martin's Yacht
In Season 6, we also learned that Nicole and her fiancé share a yacht — and they're looking to add another to their portfolio. "We love to boat and we currently have a 56-foot Riva. You know, it's comfortable for a weekend, but it's not exactly comfortable for a week," she said as she and Anthony went boat shopping in Season 6 Episode 3. "We're looking for something that has an ample living room, a separate kitchen, four or five cabins, ideally a second living room, maybe a pool."

In addition to the fabulous homes they split their time between, Nicole and Anthony also each own their own investment properties. "I don't pay for anything," Nicole joked about Anthony's properties in Season 6 Episode 3.
She added: "I actually have some investment properties that I had prior to meeting Anthony that I still have."
Nicole Martin's Former Coral Gables Home
Nicole and Anthony's former modern Mediterranean-style home was so stunning, it was once featured in Architectural Digest. The 9,000-square foot was a neutral-hued masterpiece styled with the help of interior designer Briggs Edward Solomon. The final result was a clean (and cozy) abode with European elk wood flooring, creamy white walls, mid-century inspired furniture, and a 3,000-bottle custom wine cellar.
In July 2022, they sold the place to Jeff Bezos’ parents, Jackie and Mike Bezos, for a whopping $34 million. Watch the video above to get a full tour of the amazing house.
