See Inside Dr. Nicole Martin’s New House with Its Stunning Water Views and 15-Car Garage
With ocean views for days, Dr. Nicole Martin's new 10,500-square foot mansion is pure Miami.
Dr. Nicole Martin is ready to create her next masterpiece.
After Nicole and fiancé, Anthony Lopez, sold their stunning modern Mediterranean-style home, once featured in Architectural Digest, to Jeff Bezo’s parents for a whopping $34 million, the couple is now ready to create a new home. Luckily, we got to see where the couple is living now in the Season 6 premiere of The Real Housewives of Miami.
Where is Dr. Nicole Martin’s new home?
Nicole gave fans a glimpse of her 10,500-square foot home in Coral Gables, complete with jaw-dropping waterfront views, a 15-car garage, its own dock, and a resort-like pool overlooking the water, as seen in the Season 6 premiere of The Real Housewives of Miami.
The home may be in a pre-renovation state, but we’re already in love with the massive amounts of natural light pouring in from the walls of windows, large rooms, and the epic triangle-shaped corner lot that only brings the bay that much closer to the property.

“I mean that’s what sold us, the lot and the natural light, like it’s beautiful,” Nicole said as she and Anthony walked through the empty spaces and plotted their next design moves.
The six-bedroom, six-bathroom home is sitting on one acre of waterfront property. The unique triangle-shaped lot takes full advantage of the water views by slowly narrowing in the backyard to a point, leaving plenty of green space and a pool nestled into the tip of the property.
It also includes, per The Real Deal, a chef’s kitchen, wine cellar, bar, and home office.
What was Nicole Martin’s last home like?
Nicole and Anthony spent over a year transforming their last property, a 9,000-square foot Mediterranean-style home into a stunning, modern ,and neutral-hued masterpiece with the help of interior designer Briggs Edward Solomon, according to Architectural Digest.
The final result was a clean (and cozy) abode with European elk wood flooring, creamy white walls, mid-century inspired furniture, and a 3,000-bottle custom wine cellar.
“The idea was to employ a very clean and contemporary atmosphere, but also to inject a classic, timeless theme throughout the home,” Solomon told the outlet.
The Miami couple sold the property in July 2022 to Jeff Bezos’ mother, Jackie, and stepfather, Mike, for $34 million, according to The Real Deal.
Where will Nicole Martin and her family stay during the renovation?
Completely remodeling the home was a massive undertaking and, this time around, it seems Nicole may be a little leery of taking on such a large renovation.
As she and Anthony walked through their new home’s massive kitchen, with a large island under two chandeliers, white cabinets, and decorative backsplash with tones of white and tan, they pondered just how far they wanted to go with revamping the space.
“If you end up deciding to keep this kitchen, I mean, I have an idea of what we can do in here to make it work,” Anthony said on RHOM, before discussing the possibility of covering the oven hood in stone and changing it into a more rectangular shape.
“Is there a world where we give this like a facelift and we don’t take two years?” Nicole asked.
Anthony agreed there was a “possibility of salvaging” some of the kitchen and insisted the house could be “amazing” once it was done, but Nicole still seemed a bit hesitant.
“It can,” she said. “I just, like, I know what this is like, so I’m just like, ‘oh, here we go again.’”
One silver lining? The couple plans to stay in their vacation home on Fisher Island until the house is ready so they won’t have to live amidst the renovations and can focus instead on parenting young son Greyson and their high-profile jobs (Nicole is an anesthesiologist and Anthony is a successful attorney).
But the renovation will take its toll. While the couple have never been in a rush to walk down the aisle, despite being together since 2015, the remodel will mean fans likely won’t be hearing wedding bells any time soon.
“We’ve got a lot going on we’re about to start this huge remodeling project. Grayson’s getting older and he’s a handful and I have work and everything else going on, and just wedding planning is not on the top of my list of things to do,” Nicole confessed on RHOM.
