Nicole Martin Shares Her Honest Thoughts on Lisa Hochstein's House
After Nicole's comments about Lisa's home decor were a hot topic on RHOM, the anesthesiologist clarifies how she feels about her castmate's unique house.
On this Season of The Real Housewives of Miami, the cast members' Hamptons vacation quickly get heated when Dr. Nicole Martin was accused of talking badly about Lisa Hochstein's home, among other things.
Nicole didn't hesitate to own up to her comments about Lisa's house, but declared, "That's not talking sh-t." The "only thing" Nicole said about Lisa's home, she explained, "was that her floor was slippery." Later in the conversation, she added, "If I have to say one negative thing about Lisa, I would say that that stylistically we're very different...It's not one is better, one is worse. They're different."
In a recent interview with BravoTV.com, Nicole clarified exactly how she feels about Lisa's house. "Now that I know Lisa's personality, I see her home through a completely different lens," she said. Noting that Lisa is "the sweetest...like a little princess," she added, "When I look at her home now, I see it with like these kind of like adoring eyes. Like she loves to get dressed up and she loves the glitz and she likes the glam, and so her house is just so perfect for her. "
Nicole's taste, however, just happens to be a bit different. "I just personally don't — I'm not sparkly. I'm a little darker and more simple," she said, "But I think you see that, and I think that's what's so beautiful about this group of women. We're all so different."
Viewers got a full look at Lisa's massive home on the show's Season 4 premiere. The 20,000-square-foot house has nine beautiful bedrooms, a chic living room, and a resort-style backyard. "I definitely feel like Barbie living in a Barbie dream house," Lisa said in an interview during the episode. "The house is very Hollywood glam."
