Kameron Westcott on the "Emotional Roller Coaster" of Buying Her "Dream House"

On the March 30 episode of The Real Housewives of Dallas, Kameron Westcott got a big — 9,700-square-foot, to be exact — surprise from her husband Court. After torturing her with a little prank which made her think that they may not get their new house (see the clip above), Kameron's husband announced that her dream house was, indeed, hers. "The house is no longer under contract because we own it," he shared through happy tears, as they stood at the entrance to their new abode. 

Indeed, buying and selling real estate can be emotional, and Kameron experienced all the highs and lows that come with the territory. While touring her new house in the episode, Kameron collapsed onto the couch and told Court: "You literally put me through an emotional roller coaster. You are something else!" And when Court responded: "You have to go down to come up," Kameron had one request. "In the future, don't let me go down so low, OK?"

Reflecting on the moment in the car when they were on their way to tour the new house, and Court told her that their house's sale had a hiccup, Kameron continued: "I was not mad when you were saying that our house wasn't moving or something, I was like OK, well, let's turn around. But then I was mad that you weren't listening to me." She added: "We're a team, especially with design. Otherwise, you might lose your balls." And as we've seen, Kameron has already started to redesign her brand new digs.

In her interview, Kameron said: "What on earth? How was I literally going to be jumping out of a moving vehicle and I was so annoyed with my husband a second ago, he literally just bought me my dream house. How can I be mad? I mean, all the sudden ... he's looking like a prince right now."
