See the Sophisticated Nursery Cary Deuber Designed for Baby Zuri Way Back When

Cary Deuber's 5-year-old daughter, Zuri, just officially started her modeling career, and so The Real Housewives of Dallas mom is thinking about how fast time flies. She got the #TBT party started early on Instagram this week by posting a set of adorable pictures of when Zuri was a baby.

"Back when my baby girl was still a baby!" she wrote, adding that she specifically designed her daughter's nursery, "so that she could still grow into it when she got bigger."

As you'll see, Zuri had a very sophisticated nursery that's bursting with potential ideas to steal.

The brain child of Cary and her Dallas-based interior designer  Shay Geyer, Zuri's pink-and-white nursery features an oversized print of the Philadelphia LOVE statue, which hangs over a totally glam mirrored dresser. Anchoring the room are a trio of Capiz flower pendant fixtures, but the large silver angel wings on the wall steal the show. The room's sophistication comes from neutral wall-to-wall carpeting, a chic side table, and a pretty upholstered glider and ottoman. The non-babyish decor ensured that, with a few tweaks, Zuri could still enjoy her room for years to come, a smart strategy to consider when thinking about nursery design.
