Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave’s Daughter Dove Tuns 1 With a Rainbow Sprinkle Cake
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum celebrated her baby girl's first birthday with an adorable smash cake.
In the blink of an eye, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave's youngest daughter Dove morphed from a teeny newborn baby to a little one who's mastered her first steps. And now that she's officially a year old, the Beverly Hills baby is ready for her first smash cake.
In Instagram posts from Dove's first birthday, Teddi shared a peek at her daughter's party on the pool deck. The guest of honor was seated in her high chair, which had a golden 1 balloon tied to its back. And as Dove's siblings serenaded her, the birthday girl was presented with a colorful confection that was hers for the grabbing.
Decked with rainbow-hued sprinkles, the miniature cake had a pink candle on top that read "My 1st Birthday." And though Dove didn't seem very interested in making a birthday wish just yet (her sister Slate stepped in to blow out the candle), she was very game to sample the vanilla cake.
"That's delicious, mommy," Teddi cooed to her baby. Then, anticipating a major birthday sugar buzz, she asked: "How late are you gonna be up tonight? One, two a.m.?"
