Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Opens Up About Living in Indiana
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fitness expert reveals that she spent her early childhood years living in the Midwest.
Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave may be a tried-and-true Californian living in a house in the Hollywood Hills these days, but that wasn’t always the case! It was first a shock to our system when we learned that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills new mama had previously lived in the south — and grew up with Southern Charm’s Shep Rose.
"We both lived in Sea Pines, and we were friends throughout our childhoods," Teddi told BravoTV in 2018. "Shep has a great family, so we were always there. He was one of my best guy friends.” Yep, minds blown.
And now comes more news from Teddi’s childhood — she also grew up in the Midwest! During an “ask me anything” session on Instagram this week, one of Teddi’s followers asked how long she had lived in Indiana. “I lived in Bloomington until my parents got a divorce, so I think that was the third grade,” Teddi responded in the video, adding, “That’s when I moved to Hilton Head, and that’s where I lived ’til I was 17 and moved to Los Angeles.”
And Hilton Head is also where Teddi also had some wild times with Shep. “I remember a lot of fun times at Shep's house. Every time with Shep is always a little crazy. His whole family, everybody's great. You can't help but laugh when you're around the Rose family."
