Lisa Rinna Installed the Most Amazing Infared Sauna in Her Home Gym
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is “getting torched” in her Beverly Hills home's high-tech gym amenity.
Lisa Rinna is making a slew of improvements to her Beverly Hills home. First up: adding two gorgeous Andy Warhol prints of Marilyn Monroe to her master suite. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member has been rehabbing the space for some time and declared the artwork was “the finishing touch to our new bedroom.”
Now comes news that Lisa is also upgrading her in-home gym! In a share to her Instagram Stories, she revealed the addition of a majorly envy-inducing amenity… a sauna! And not just any sauna — this one comes with infrared lighting. What is that? Well, in addition to the relaxing benefits of a standard sauna, the infrared lights are said to relieve inflammation, stiffness, and soreness by increasing blood circulation and relaxing your muscles. “Infrared sauna, look at my face, it’s getting torched,” Lisa said in a video tour of the wooden space. “I love this sauna, it’s a two-person sauna, it fits right in our gym so it’s really cool. Now you can kind of see our new sauna, there’s a lot of flotsam and jetsam in front of it, but there it is.”
