When Farrah Aldufrie and Fredrik Eklund team up on a listing, deals come together fast. In a recent Instagram share, Kyle Richards' realtor daughter shared a snap of the "swanky" property she'd worked on with the Million Dollar Listing New York agent. And wouldn't you know it? The place sold after one showing.
"This swanky mid-century jewel was swooped up at our first showing," Farrah wrote, showing a snap of the charming property. She added that she had "so much fun" working with Fredrik on the house, which is in the Trousdale Estates neighborhood of Beverly Hills. ("Love you," Fredrik wrote in the comments — to which Farrah replied: "Love u!")
Along with a ritzy address, the California home has an infinity-edge pool with staggering city views, a sunken living room with a cozy fireplace (can you imagine the retro-chic cocktail parties?), and an open-air courtyard flanked with lush palm trees.
It's not tough to see why the first potential buyers to see the space snapped it up... though the superstar team of agents probably lent a dash of quick-sale magic, too.
