The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shared what she built for her fiancé, Joseph Jingoli, with a specific detail in mind.
It was revealed that Yolanda Hadid has been engaged to her longtime partner, Joseph Jingoli, for the past two years when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum showcased her Texas ranch for Architectural Digest. After the outlet referred to Joseph as Yolanda's fiancé, the Netherlands native confirmed the engagement to PEOPLE on August 29.
In addition to sharing that she and Joseph are set to tie the knot, Yolanda also opened up about how she created a special place in her "industrial" Texas home with her fiancé in mind.
"My partner, Joey, is 39 years sober, so first I wanted to do a tequila bar, but that wouldn't be appropriate in our house," Yolanda shared during the AD video tour. "Instead I did a honey bar."

Yolanda further explained the thought process behind her honey bar at her Texas home.
"I like to collect different honeys from wherever we travel," she shared. "We like to make organic coffee and we use all our [honey]. A lot of the [honey] we make [...] at home in Pennsylvania. We have our own bees, we make our own honey."

The sleek, Western-inspired home has many incredible features, including a matte black refrigerator, a children's room with black bunk beds, recycled mushroom crate paneling, pantry that doubles as a "storm room," and much more.
“I want people to be able to come in and wear their cowboy boots. I’m not going to worry about mud on the floors. It had to be casual,” she shared. “I wanted to use a lot of organic materials because there’s something about cowboy culture that feels organic to me—going back to the earth.”
Yolanda Hadid's Engagement to Joseph Jingoli
Yolanda seems happy to share her various homes with her fiancé, who is the CEO of Jingoli, a construction and development company. Speaking to PEOPLE, Yolanda revealed Joseph popped the question in 2022 during a trip to Holland.
In a 2020 interview with BravoTV.com, Yolanda discussed her relationship. "I'm very much in love with my boyfriend," Yolanda, who had been dating Joseph since 2019, shared at the time. "What has connected us is probably horses and the farm life. We live 10 miles apart, so it's kind of perfect."
Today, the bride-and-groom-to-be spend a large portion of their time at the Texas ranch, which is located in Fort Worth.
