Yolanda Foster Reveals the Fate of Her Beloved Fridge After Moving Out of Her Malibu House
That glorious #RHOBH appliance may be gone, but it will never be forgotten.
A home is filled with memories, and even though Yolanda Foster has moved out of her 11,622-square foot Malibu mansion for more modest digs, there's one part of her abode we'll never forget: that gorgeous, spacious fridge. But now that Yolanda is no longer living in that home, what's going to happen to that one-of-a-kind appliance? Andy Cohen asked the question that was on all of our minds when Yolanda called in to Watch What Happens Live Tuesday night. "The fridge has to stay there," Yolanda explained, much to our chagrin. "But I'm gonna probably make a baby fridge."
So there you have it. Yolanda's next fridge might not be as big, but it sounds like it will be just as epic. Unfortunately, this new mini-fridge probably won't be large enough for Lisa Rinna to climb inside as she did on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills last season, but we're just happy to know Yolanda's fridge will live on in some form in the future.
Yolanda has said that she moved out of her ginormous house and into an apartment because it would be more manageable as she continues to cope with Lyme disease. Fortunately, Yolanda also told Andy that her health has improved from what we see on RHOBH this season. "I'm much better, thank you, since the last time I saw you. I have about 60 percent better brain function than I had in the past year, but you know, I can still only live and plan my life one day at a time," Yolanda told Andy. "Tonight watching the episode has really inspired me, because I could actually see the great progress that I've made in the past six months. So I'm excited and grateful for that, and I will continue to fight for a full recovery."
It's because of this that Yolanda thinks her RHOBH castmates should have been more understanding when she made the effort to attend Lisa R.'s birthday party, regardless of what her face looked like, in the Season 6 premiere of RHOBH. "Yeah, it was shocking to me because I was just so proud of myself for getting out of bed and actually making it to Lisa's birthday that makeup is like the last thing on my list right now," Yolanda explained. "You know, it's not something I think about. I haven't touched makeup for a year."
Earlier in her talk with Andy on WWHL, Yolanda shared how her health struggles affected her marriage to David Foster in light of last week's news that the couple will be divorcing after four years of marriage. "Chronic, long-term illness is extremely challenging, not only for the person sick but also for the caregiver, and it, you know, for sure changed the dynamic of our relationship," Yolanda said. "But the truth is, we both worked through this difficult time to the best of our ability. So you know, rather than judging what went wrong, I choose to honor the great times we've shared these past nine years. There were a lot of good times."
