He's a Successful Hollywood Actor and Devoted Dad: All About Danny Booko on The Valley
Danny Booko and his wife, former Miss USA Nina Sanchez Booko, will reveal how they navigate parenthood on The Valley.
Jax Taylor may have been the (admittedly, self-declared) number one guy in the group on Vanderpump Rules, but that coveted title remains up in the air as some new friends (and old!) join him and wife Brittany Cartwright for the The Valley series premiere in Spring 2024.
One of those new faces includes actor and model Danny Booko.
“Danny and Jax met on a night out in L.A. and instantly clicked when they realized they were both raised in Michigan with similar values,” Bravo said of the newcomer.
Danny was born on Oct. 17, 1983 in Three Rivers, Michigan, close to the Indiana border, according to his IMDB bio. He grew up about three hours southwest of Jax, who is from Shelby Township, just north of Detroit.
But Danny has been friends with Hollywood royalty for years. He even posted pics to his Instagram of his “brother” pop singer Ryan Cabrera’s wedding in April 2022. How did Danny get from the Midwest to Hollywood? What’s his family life like at home?
Here's what to know about The Valley cast member.
Who is Danny Booko?
Danny got his big Hollywood break around the age of 22 when he was cast as “Kyle” on The Suite Life of Zack & Cody in 2005, according to his IMDB. He also had guest roles in a series of popular shows in the early 2000s, including Entourage, The O.C., and Hannah Montana.
Besides their Midwestern roots, Danny and Jax have another thing in common: They both got a guest role in an episode of Desperate Housewives in the same season!
Danny played “Mahoney” in the 2009 Season 5 episode “Don’t Walk On The Grass.” A few episodes later, Jax played “Hot Guy 2 in Dance Club” during the episode “Look Into Their Eyes and You See What They Know,” according to Bustle, where he handed Edie Britt (Nicollette Sheridan) a drink in a club.
Danny has also appeared in other TV show episodes, including iCarly in 2011, Shameless in 2015-2016 and The Goldbergs in 2016.
His first movie appearance dates back to 2005 as “Senior Football Player” in American Pie Presents: Band Camp. He also was seen in The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift in 2006.
If his voice sounds familiar on The Valley, it’s because he’s lent his voice to many films, including The Blind Side in 2009, X-Men: First Class in 2011, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part One in 2011, Silver Linings Playbook in 2012, The Fault in Our Stars in 2014, Fantastic Four in 2015, Deadpool in 2016 and the remake of Halloween in 2018 (sharing a connection with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards and her work on the Halloween franchise!).
Most recently he was a voice actor in 2023’s Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, according to IMDB.

Jax and Danny also have another connection: a modeling career. Danny posted images of his hair modeling debut for Esquire Mens Grooming fall collection back in August 2017.
Who is Danny Booko married to?
Danny and his wife, Nia Sanchez Booko, who will also appear with him on The Valley, have been together for years and tied the knot in October 2015. He posted this picture to his Instagram of the two heading to Costa Rica where they honeymooned.
However, the couple didn’t post any pictures publicly of their nuptials until July 2016 — because they appeared in an episode of Say Yes To The Dress for their wedding. Nia had just one day to find her perfect gown, according to the episode description, which aired during Season 14 in June 2016.
Danny posted several pics of their big day to his Instagram, including one where he’s lovingly looking at his bride. He wrote in the caption, “Love this pic because it shows two things I couldn’t stop doing on our wedding day: Stop smiling and keep my eyes off of her” with a heart eye emoji.
The couple said their vows at the Temecula Creek Inn in the foothills of the Santa Margarita Mountains in California.
The couple was open about their fertility struggles and described themselves as having “an unexplained fertility diagnosis” on the Pregnantish podcast. However, on the podcast the two also mentioned their relationship has gotten stronger through infertility.
Who are Danny Booko's kids?
Happily, Danny announced their first child was coming with snapshots of a maternity photo shoot on the beach in June 2021, writing, “Couldn’t be more excited!! Thank you God for this precious gift!!”
The Bookos posted pics of a gender reveal party from July 2021—and it’s a boy! Asher Daniel Booko was born on Nov. 10, 2021, according to an Instagram post from Danny, who added “Asher means ‘happy and blessed’ and that is sure how we feel.” The couple chronicled Asher’s life on social media, including his first birthday (complete with a smash cake!).
They announced Baby Booko number two was on the way with a Valentine’s Day photo shoot in Feb. 2023, but it turns out that wasn’t the only surprise for the happy family. They later revealed to friends and family in this Instagram video that it was actually identical twin girls on the way!
The pregnancy was not an easy one for the couple, who were open about having a high risk pregnancy with a health complication called TAPS, where one of their twin girls was getting less blood flow and oxygen, and the other baby was getting too much.
However, the Bookos welcomed their twin girls, Isabelle Marie and Zariah Rose, on Fathers Day 2023. Nia wrote in the couple’s Instagram post, “We just wanted to say THANK YOU again to every single person that sent prayers up for our miracle babies.”
These days, the Bookos are finding themselves “deep into parenting with three children all under the age of 2,” according to Bravo. “Danny and Nia find themselves busy with raising their kids, minivan shopping and figuring out just how far into the Valley they’ll move," the bio states.
Danny marked his milestone 40th birthday in Oct. 2023 with his wife and children beside him. More adventures are promised ahead, as he and his family star on The Valley, coming Spring 2024 to Bravo.
