Nia and Danny Booko Are Now House-Hunting After They "Outgrew" Their Valley Home
Nia Booko explained her requirements for a new home — and revealed whether or not she wants to have another child.
The Valley’s Danny and Nia Booko are really living in a full house — and it’s no sitcom.
In a recent wide-ranging interview with The Daily Dish, Nia admitted she and Danny, an actor and voice actor, and their three young kids “have outgrown our home.” Here's what she had to say about where they'll live next.
Where do Danny and Nia Booko live?
Right now, the family lives in the Valley, a neighborhood in Los Angeles County, California. However, they are interested in purchasing a newer house for their growing family.
Nia also revealed that the family is already looking into finding a bigger place as well as considering having another child.
“We are in such a transitional stage of life,” Nia said. “If there’s a Season 2 [of The Valley], I think it would be fun to just follow all the craziness that is our life.”
(Goods news for Nia — and viewers: The Valley Season 2 was recently announced.)
Why Danny and Nia looking for a new home
Danny, an actor whose credits include iCarly, and Nia, a former Miss USA and pageant coach, are devoted parents. Their three adorable kids, all under age 3, include newborn twins Isabelle and Zariah, and toddler son Asher.
“Life with three under 3 is wild,” Nia admitted.
Naturally, space is essential when you’re a family of five — and may one day become six, which explains why the Bookos have already begun a deep dive into real estate.
“We have outgrown our home. We need a house with a backyard and more rooms,” Nia acknowledged. “Trying to find a house that fits our family, [and] seeing if we wanna keep growing our family life is just wild.”

The topic of personal income and being “the breadwinner” has come up between Nia and Danny on The Valley, and money is a driving factor as they consider the location of their next home.
“I would love to live in West Hollywood, but that price point for what you get is just crazy,” she said. “Like you can have a two- bedroom condo in West Hollywood, but you get a four-bedroom house with a backyard in the Valley.”
Nia added that she and Danny will work within their budget — and won’t be leaving sunny California.
“We’ll definitely be in a place where we can afford a little bit more,” she said. “But no, we’re not moving to, like, Tennessee or anything.”
Beyond house-hunting, Nia revealed that she and Danny are discussing the idea “to try to have one more child. I know people might think we’re crazy.”
However, Nia knows it may not be an easy road.
“Believe it or not,” she said, “even though I have three kids, I’ve gone through quite an infertility journey. My numbers of, like, the eggs that are left in my body are extremely low. Like, really scary low. So even if we wanna one more, I don't know if we would be able to have one more.”
Nia has been candid about her postpartum issues — and that openness can often be helpful to others going through similar situations.
“Whether or not there’s cameras,” she said, “we’re gonna be navigating that in the next year.”
