Bethenny Frankel Shares How Dorinda Medley Is Doing Following Her RHONY Exit
The RHONYalum teased that Dorinda Medley has some "good opportunities" on the horizon.
It's been exactly one month since Dorinda Medley announced that she would be leaving The Real Housewives of New York City, and Bethenny Frankel wants you to know that her friend is doing just fine.
Bethenny shared an update on Dorinda's post-RHONY life during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: @ Home on September 24 (clip above). "I want everyone to know she's doing really well, and she's got some good opportunities," Bethenny said. "But she's healthy and happy and good and having fun."
Bethenny previously sent a heartfelt message to Dorinda following the news of her exit from RHONY in a post on Instagram on August 25. "You will be missed," Bethenny wrote. "Let the next chapter begin."
The two have actually seen a lot of each other over these past few weeks, as they have both documented on Instagram this month.
In fact, Bethenny shared during a recent interview with ET that her friendship with Dorinda is stronger now more than ever. "We have gotten really much closer and it is better that we got closer not being on the show, because it means that it is not because of the show," Bethenny explained. "So she and I, we are very good at giving advice to each other, life advice. I think she is a great person."
Bethenny even teased to ET that she and Dorinda are "working on a project" together. Dorinda later reacted to Bethenny's ET interview by writing on Instagram, "It’s nice to have someone help build you up. She has so much going on but still is there for the ones who need her."
