Jassi Rideaux Teases Her Wedding Plans with Darius Harris: "Looking Forward To..."
The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 9 friend is opening up about her upcoming plans to marry her fiancé and teases what kind of wife she wants to be.
Jassi Rideaux is in full wedding planning mode since getting engaged to her football player fiancé, Darius Harris, in August 2024. The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 9 friend has given some insight into her relationship with the Dallas Cowboys linebacker on RHOP, but she is finally spilling on her upcoming nuptials.
In an Oct. 28 interview with People, Jassi revealed that she and the former Kansas City Chiefs player will be getting married in May 2025 in Dallas, where he is currently playing football. "I'm looking forward to just soaking it all in and looking absolutely stunning in my photos, but also just being able to fellowship with my friends and family and celebrate love," she said. "What better place to go to a party than to a wedding where people are celebrating love?"
These friends include the RHOP Season 9 cast members, who are invited to the wedding. "Definitely the ladies are invited to my wedding," she explained. "I mean, you think I'm going to miss a moment to not shine in front of these girls? There'll be a select few invited to my bachelorette party as well."
Jassi Rideaux wants a joint bachelorette-bachelor party with Darius Harris
Darius and his group of guy friends will be joining Jassi and her gal pals on their joint bachelor and bachelorette party. But, she told the publication, this isn't because they can't be apart for too long — he simply has a fear of missing out.
"We won't do everything together, but we are planning on having a joint [party], and the reason why is because, hey, my friends are better planners, and he's going to be ticked if he misses out on the private jet we're going to do and all of the other festivities," she explained.
She continued, "Darius and I were just considering our friend groups and how much fun we have together...And to be honest, I don't want my man to miss out on any of the bachelorette and bachelor fun. I want to make sure that he really feels supported and feels like he has a great bachelor as well."
