Melissa Gorga's Oscars Speech Will Have You in Tears (of Laughter)

Trust us, if the #RHONJ mom ever won this prestigious award, it would be a very emotional moment.

By Laura Rosenfeld

Look out, world! Melissa Gorga is totally ready to win an Oscar. Sure, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom has to get cast as a leading lady in a feature-length film first, score a nomination, and all that jazz, but she's already prepared for when the big moment arrives.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey on Peacock and the Bravo app.

Melissa revealed what she has planned for her Oscars acceptance speech on Instagram Sunday, and it's filled with thanks, some shout outs to her family, and a little bit of goofiness. "I just want to thank the Academy. Thank you so much. I put so much time and effort into this film," Melissa said while clutching a TV remote control like an Oscar statuette in the short clip. "To my children, I love the three of you: Antonia, Gino, Joey. And to my amazing, supportive husband Joe, I love you. Thank you! Thank you! I love you all! Thank you."

The RHONJ 'Wife watched the Oscars from the comfort of her own couch this year, but she did bring a bit of the event home with her as her son Joey got his hair cut just like new Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio.

Clearly, Joey isn't the only Leo fan in the house.

Thank you Jesus!!! 🙌🙌 #Oscars

Melissa also chose Charlize Theron as her pick for best dressed.

The lady in Red wins best dressed! This is perfection. The dress, diamonds, makeup🙌 #Oscars #gorgeous

We certainly can't argue with that.

Melissa may not be an actress just yet, but she is definitely no stranger to the stage. Watch Melissa perform in this vintage RHONJ moment, below.
