Melissa Gorga Just Transformed Her House for Halloween: "Favorite Time of the Year"
The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom outfitted her home for the fall season in the best way.
If it's a holiday, you know Melissa Gorga is going to go all-out with some head-turning decor.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom did just that for Halloween this year, hopping on her Instagram Stories on October 17 to share how she decorated the exterior and interior of her gorgeous Franklin Lakes home with the best fall fare.
"My favorite time of the year," she wrote over a video of her front porch area which featured a stack of white pumpkins by the door and a black scary skeleton-like figure hanging from the sconce. Melissa also outfitted her front porch steps with a beautiful array of different-colored pumpkins via "luxury pumpkin concierge" Piled Pumpkins.
Melissa also revealed how she created a stunning Halloween-centric ambiance indoors with two black-and-white-patterned skulls she placed on her entryway table (those blended in perfectly with her existing decor, by the way).
Additionally, Melissa pointed to the glowing lit-up pumpkins she placed on her bar, and also showed off a dazzling fall tablescape.
Melissa placed two mini fake trees with autumnal-colored leaves and lights on her dining table and added more pumpkins for good measure.
Melissa Gorga Reveals Her "Cozy" Home Additions for Fall
Earlier in October, the Envy by Melissa Gorga boutique owner took to her Instagram Stories to show how she was enjoying her weekend with a fall-centric vibe. "Sunday," the mom of three wrote over the photo, which showed a wine glass with water and lemon, a glass of red wine, and a pumpkin-scented candle from Snif.
During an Amazon Live stream on October 7, Melissa opened up about her love of this time of the year, also talking about why she loves her Snif candle. "These are the best smelling candles I'm obsessed with both of them," she explained. "All October, all November, this is what's lit in my house, as you can see. I had it lit last night I posted it on Instagram. I sit next to this every single night. It makes your whole house smell like fall and beautiful."
She added, "This is the time of year for cozy. I don't know what it is about October, I feel good in October, I feel like things change in October, I feel like good news comes in October, good things happen in October, I met Joe Gorga in October, I'll never forget that...because October has always been my favorite, favorite month."
Melissa Gorga Shares an "Exciting" Home Update
Melissa's fall additions aren't her only fun home update these days. In September, she revealed she had been "staring out the window" to catch a glimpse of a movie being filmed in her neighborhood "two houses down" from hers.
“There’s so many people that go in. It’s crazy,” she said during an Amazon Live stream. “There’s so many people that go into making a movie. I never even realized it... It’s insane to even pull out of my house. It’s crazy.”
She concluded, “So, that’s some exciting news that’s going on for me and my house. I’m just staring out of my window at all the craziness going on.”
