Tracy Tutor Reacts to Heather and Terry Dubrow's $16 Million Beverly Hills House
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles realtor shared her thoughts on The Real Housewives of Orange County couple's mansion purchase.
In 2022, The Real Housewives of Orange County's Heather Dubrow and Dr. Terry Dubrow sold their Orange County mansion for a jaw-dropping $55 million, courtesy of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents Josh Altman and Heather Altman. Following that incredible sale, the Dubrows purchased a Los Angeles penthouse and then bought a Beverly Hills "dream house" in 2023 for $16 million.
Considering Tracy Tutor's recent venture into Orange County real estate, when she stopped by the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen Clubhouse on July 16, Andy Cohen was eager to get her thoughts on the Dubrow family's new home.
Tracy had nothing but kind things to say about the purchase. "Good for them!" she exclaimed. "I'm so happy for them."
The sweet remarks prompted fellow WWHL guest and The Real Housewives of Dubai cast member Caroline Brooks to declare, "[Tracy] is so nice and so pretty and, like, friendly."
"Trust me — I'm not that friendly," Tracy said with a laugh, causing Andy to giggle in response.

Though Heather and Terry have made several changes to their living situation over the past few years, it seems they're set on calling Beverly Hills home.
On the Season 18 premiere of RHOC gave fans a glimpse at Heather and Terry's gorgeous new 8.3-acre property. Additionally, Heather shared in a confessional interview during the July 11 episode that she has plans to renovate.
"I'm always looking for a new project," she said. "After we sold our Crystal Cove house, we bought this house in Beverly Hills. They really wanted in the low 40s and we got it for $16 million."
Heather added of her and Terry's plans: "This house, we're going to take down to the studs. But in the meantime, I threw some staged furniture in there, and we moved in."
