Tracy Tutor Is "Absolutely" Considering Buying a New Home Outside of California (EXCLUSIVE)
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent is thinking about where she could "end up" one day soon.
Tracy Tutor recently finished renovating her dream home in California, but that doesn't mean the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent is committed to staying in the Golden State forever.
After expanding her business to Texas, Tracy is considering buying property there, and she's also open to the idea of one day making it her home.
"I mean, there’s a lot of great things that Dallas has to offer," Tracy declared in a June interview with The Daily Dish. "I say Highland Park is like the Beverly Hills of Texas. But also, you know, there [are] a lot of advantages to being in an income tax-free state. I could see myself absolutely purchasing property in Dallas, and down the road, who knows? Maybe I even end up there."

Tracy Tutor opens up about expanding her business to Texas
Tracy's BravoTV.com bio ahead of MDLLA Season 15 notes that "she has offices in Dallas and Austin with over $200m in listings." With that in mind, she is thrilled about her booming business in Texas and is looking ahead to the future there.
"I’m incredibly excited about the new market that we’re in in Dallas and Austin," she told The Daily Dish. "I have a great team of agents there that are really thriving, and we’ve been able to bring a different way of doing business to Texas. I think I’m one of the first big agents to sort of land there and be successful."
"Texas is like a whole new universe," she continued. "So, that’s really exciting for me... I had a showing last week, or two weeks ago, in Texas that was [with] a roper... He drove two-and-a-half hours and brought his Polaris so we could drive the land together. I mean, this is so out of the realm of what I know, but also so exciting."
Tracy Tutor gives an update on her home renovation
As you can see in the video above, Tracy's renovation of her California home is complete, and it looks amazing. However, she's not quite done yet. After completing her main house, Tracy revealed to The Daily Dish last month that she is building a guest house.
"I finished the house last year, and I started a whole new project," Tracy shared. "I built a second-story guest house above my garage, and that has been an arduous process, to say the least."
"We are almost done, and I’m so excited," she continued. "It’s a gorgeous gem. We’re, like, in the final five percent... Hanging light fixtures, and it’s beautiful. So thank god it’s almost over."
