The Top Chef Season 14 Winner Did Something Huge with Her Prize Money
Prepare for the #TopChef champion to warm your heart.
It's pretty amazing to be declared the winner of Top Chef. Not only do you receive the coveted title and all of the love and admiration that goes with it, but you also get some super sick prizes, including a grand prize of $125,000 furnished by S.Pellegrino Sparkling Natural Mineral Water, a feature in FOOD & WINE magazine, and a showcase at the annual FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen.
We can't wait to see this season's Top Chef at all of those fabulous FOOD & WINE festivities, but we already know what the winner spent the prize money on, and it's pretty great.
Top Chef Season 14 winner Brooke Williamson spent her winnings on something very special, indeed. "I bought my first home," Brooke shared to applause and "awwwws" during Thursday night's Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show. "And I remodeled the kitchen to be my dream kitchen."
Well, we can't really think of a better or more delicious way to spend Top Chef's grand prize. Although, Sheldon Simeon, who was crowned this season's Fan Favorite, has an awesome idea for spending his $10,000 prize. "I'm gonna put some rims on the truck," he said from behind the WWHL bar. "Let's go!"
Top Chef Season 14 Fan Favorite Sheldon was all smiles as he served up some drinks as the WWHL bartender.
We wouldn't expect anything less from one of the funnest chefs we know.
Watch the cheftestants have some fun judging Top Chef judges Padma Lakshmi and Tom Colicchio on WWHL, below.
