The Real Housewives of Platinum Hit? Sonyae Elise's connection to Melissa and Joe Gorga
The NJ stars and the songwriter have made beautiful music together.
When Sonyae Elise turned in her photo diary for Platinum Hit, we were thrilled to get a glimpse into her personal life – and even more thrilled when a familiar face showed up in the photos -- The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Joe Gorga!
What was one of our favorite songwriters doing with one of our favorite Jersey househusbands?
Her response “Oh my brother is always over there.”
Excuse us!?!
It seems Sonyae's brother is also in the music business. Corte Ellis has written for the likes of Cassie, Jennifer Hudson, Britney Spears -- and Melissa Gorga. And because he's so palsy with the Gorga clan when he decided to shoot a video for one of his songs, the Jersey family didn't mind lending their mansion for a location. And Sonyae tagged along and spent the day goffing around with the Gorga kids.
“The kids are so cute” Sonyae gushed (Editor's note: trust us, we know -- just look at these photos). “We played all types of different hand games and stuff, like the slide.”
But it wasn’t all fun and games, Melissa Gorga and Sonyae Elise had a bit of a fashion showdown.
“I got there, and I was wearing this Brian Lichtenberg dress, right?” Sonyae said. “And I show up to the house, and Melissa's like, ‘B---h! I have that same dress in blue!’”
Leave it to Sonyae to prove she's stylish enough to run with any Bravolebrities!
