Wait, Are Tamra and Eddie Judge Moving Out of Orange County?
RHOC's Tamra Judge and her husband have very different feelings about making a full-time move.
In August 2023, Tamra Judge revealed she and Eddie Judge had just purchased a vacation home in Big Bear Lake, California, and declared, "I can’t wait to start renovations.” But now that The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member and her husband have transformed the abode, they aren't exactly on the same page about making it their full-time residence.
In the video above, which is a preview of Season 18, Episode 2 of RHOC (set to air July 18), Tamra explains, "Since CUT Fitness has closed, Eddie's long-term plan is to move to Big Bear full-time, but I don't know that I want to be a mountain woman."
"I want to go back and forth," she continues. "It is so nice to be in Orange County and have the fast-paced lifestyle and then go to Big Bear for a week and just be chill and calm. I need both."
In June 2023, Tamra did toy with the idea of selling her home, telling The Daily Dish at the time, "We could get a good penny for our house. But then to buy a house … there’s nothing out there. So we’re just playing around with the idea of possibly selling.”

In the clip above, Tamra shows Eddie photos of her granddaughter, Ava, enjoying their vacation home's snow-covered exterior.
"That's our porch," she says. "Ava's been stomping through it, as you can see."
Tamra Judge details her Orange County home renovations
In addition to renovating the Big Bear house, Tamra told BravoTV.com in 2023 that she and Eddie also recently made "a lot of changes" to their home in Ladera Ranch's Covenant Hills neighborhood.
Just some of the home improvement projects included a kitchen transformation to create "one big island," a "newly designed courtyard," and a "completely different" stair design that Tamra did herself.
RHOC Season 8 documented Tamra moving into the Covenant Hills house with Eddie, and although they eventually moved out, they kept it as a rental property. Several years and a couple of moves later, the duo moved back into the house in 2020 to make it their primary residence.
