Kyle Cooke Shares an Update on His and Amanda Batula’s Adorable Puppies
The Summer House cast member gives some new details about the beloved rescue dogs.
Kyle Cooke is sharing the latest update about his and Amanda Batula's adorable rescue pups.
The Summer House couple recently announced the two cute additions to their family, Reese and Ryder. Both pups were initially fostered by Amanda and Kyle before they were officially adopted in February. Kyle and Amanda have previously given a glimpse into their lives as foster parents to the rescue dogs when they opened up their household to seven furry friends just last year (which included an incredibly cute litter of puppies).
And, recently, Kyle took to Instagram to give the sweetest glimpse of Reese and Ryder, and to share some news.
"I miss our girls SO MUCH! We sent them to get trained at a 'pet resort' when we went to [Vermont] last month. They are still there [because] our little one, Reese, needed more time with the trainer. So we are just patiently waiting for both of them to graduate," Kyle wrote in the caption of his April 3 post, alongside the cutest snapshot of Kyle holding Reese and Ryder.
Kyle went on to express how much he longed for his dogs to return home from being away, adding in the caption, "It’s killing me! For the dog owners out there, can you please reassure me they are going to remember me after 5+ weeks? They will be 7 months old."
He also explained the memorable day captured in the picture he posted, writing, "This pic was the day we started fostering them for [Waldo's Rescue Pen]. I immediately fell in love. We were told they were about 10 weeks old."
Several months ago, Kyle shared his excitement about Reese and Ryder joining their family for good with a heartfelt adoption announcement, along with a sweet photo of Amanda napping with the pups, writing on Instagram, "It’s official — we adopted our rescue dogs. Everyone meet Reese [and] Ryder! Amanda slept with them for a week because they would cry alone — sometimes in the pen, sometimes on the floor by their side. I always knew she would be an amazing mom but I underestimated how much joy these little girls would bring her as a dog mom, and how much love she would give them in return. xoxo."
