Shep Rose Reveals Where He Stands with Southern Charm Alum Jenna King Today (EXCLUSIVE)
A Season 9 newbie also just posted about his unexpected connection to Jenna.
Southern Charm fans may currently be focused on the dynamic between exes Taylor Ann Green and Shep Rose and their best friends (who are also exes) Austen Kroll and Olivia Flowers, but things were quite different for the Charleston crew back when the show first premiered in 2014.
On the debut season, Craig Conover was a recent law school graduate, while Shep and Whitney Sudler-Smith were still big proponents of living bachelor lifestyles.
Though some things haven't changed with the crew, many other things have. Amid everything, longtime viewers may remember one cast member who only appeared on Season 1: Jenna King.
The edgy aspiring fashion designer hasn't been on the show for the better part of a decade, but she is still in touch with a few of the Charm-ers. During a recent chat with The Daily Dish, Shep opened up about the last time he saw Jenna. Plus, a Season 9 newbie just revealed his connection to the Season 1 alum.

Though Shep and Jenna haven't shared the screen together for quite some time, the two have stayed in touch. While chatting with The Daily Dish, Shep revealed that he was actually supposed to hang out with Jenna recently, but their outing never came to fruition.
"Jenna. Typical Jenna from Season 1, like she's always been so flighty and basically flaky," Shep said while laughing. "She was in Charleston, like, last year, and was like 'Hey, I'm in Charleston, I'd love to see you.' I was like, 'Great, I would absolutely love to see you.' And then she like ditched the whole thing."
Shep didn't get the chance to reunite with Jenna on that particular occasion, but the interaction made him laugh.
"I was like 'typical,'" he joked. "It wasn't a problem. I wasn't looking at my watch."
Rod Radzavi's Friendship with Jenna King
Shep isn't the only Charm-er who is still in contact with Jenna. Rod Razavi, who joined the cast in Season 9, shared a throwback photo with the Season 1 alum on his Instagram on October 12.
"#TBT to 13 years ago with the one and only [Jenna King] at Club [O-Ku Sushi Charleston]..." he wrote in the caption of his post, which featured a throwback photo of the two.
Jenna responded, "we still so cute" in the comments' section, and she also re-shared the image on her Instagram Story.
