Shannon Storms Beador shared several life updates — including where she stands with her ex-boyfriend John Janssen — at BravoCon 2023, and now, she's revealing even more about what her life looks like today.
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member took to Instagram on November 26 to do so, sharing several family photos from the Thanksgiving holiday as well as a snapshot of her "favorite man."

How Shannon Storms Beador Spent Thanksgiving 2023
Shannon's Instagram post included photos of her and her daughters, Sophie, Adeline, and Stella, as well as solo shots of the girls. Her twins, Adeline and Stella, are currently in their freshman year at college, with Adeline attending Parsons School of Design in New York City and Stella participating in the University of Southern California's transfer program and living in Paris for a year.
"It’s been a busy holiday week! This is the first Thanksgiving where I haven’t had all of my girls with me!" Shannon's caption began. "Adeline came home from NYC for the first time since leaving for school and attended her friend’s Debutante Ball. I was grateful to spend a few days with her and then flew to Nashville to have Thanksgiving with Sophie, my mother and siblings."
After that, Shannon and her eldest daughter — who's also in college — headed to Waco, Texas. There, "I watched her run the Baylor line in their last football game," Shannon's caption continued. "She made the big screen! Stella sent pictures throughout the week from her travels with friends in Paris."
She added that the trip was "very fun" and that she's "grateful" for her family.
That's not all Shannon revealed, though.

In the caption of Shannon's Instagram post, she added, "And now headed home to see my favorite man, Archie."
Archie is, of course, her beloved dog.
She included a picture of him in the Instagram post, which comes a little over a month after she broke her silence to share that she was "focusing on getting healthy" and getting back to [herself]."

During "The Way We OC It" panel at BravoCon 2023, Shannon talked about some recent ups and downs she's faced. “It’s been a tough six weeks," she said when moderator Danny Pellegrino asked for an update. "I believe that today I’m in a good and positive [place] — going in a good and positive direction, so thank you... and thank you all for the support."
She also gave an update on where she stands with her ex, John. "I have not spoken to John Janssen in over a month," Shannon added, noting that there are "zero" benefits to having a friendship with him right now. "I’m on a positive path right and that’s what I’m focusing on."
