Scheana’s Daughter Apparently Takes After Her Mom: “We Knew This Day Would Come”
The Vanderpump Rules mother shared an adorable moment she had with 2-year-old Summer Moon.
It seems Scheana Shay’s daughter has inherited an interest in glam.
Earlier this week, the Vanderpump Rules mom took to Instagram to re-share an adorable video of her 2-year-old daughter, Summer Moon, playfully applying makeup. The clip — which was initially shared by Scheana’s mother, Erika van Olphen — showed the toddler sitting on her mom’s lap as she held a makeup compact in one hand and a powder puff in the other.

“Mommy taught you. Pat, pat, pat,” Scheana said as Summer Moon patted her own face. “Yes. Beautiful… OK, can you do Mommy’s now?”
The youngster then shifted around and began to powder her mom’s cheek.
“Oh thank you! Other side,” Scheana said. “Oh, and the nose? Oh yeah, gotta get the nose… Thank you! OK, careful with Mommy’s freshly bladed brows.”
Erika’s Instagram Story was captioned, “We knew this day would come.”
Scheana also shared a photo of Summer Moon catching some z’s and another that showed her playing with a toy doctor’s kit.
Scheana is two years into motherhood
Scheana shares Summer Moon (her first and only child) with her husband, Brock Davies, an ex-professional rugby player who has two kids from a previous relationship. The former SURver walked down the aisle in August 2022, about a year after she and Brock tied the knot in a private ceremony. Scheana addressed the secret wedding in Part 2 of the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion, explaining why she and Brock wanted to expedite their marriage.
“We wanted to celebrate our love privately. We share a child together, we live together, so with the green card and all that, I was like, ‘Let’s get it going. I want to marry you,’” she told host Andy Cohen. “It was nice to have that little secret for us, because we didn’t get married for anyone other than us.”
What has Scheana been up to since Vanderpump Rules Season 10?
Since the Season 10 reunion special, Scheana and Brock have been enjoying — and celebrating — sweet family moments and milestones. Scheana made headlines earlier this month when she and her Vanderpump Rules castmate Ariana Madix threw the first pitch at a San Diego Padres game. The mother of one reflected on the opportunity during an exclusive interview with BravoTV.com, saying it was a special moment she was happy to share with her family.
“I threw out the first pitch with Ariana at the Padres game,” she said. “And Summer got to be there with us on the field.”
“Those are cool memories right there,” Brock added.
Although Scheana described the Padres pitch as a childhood dream “come true,” she revealed it wasn’t her biggest post-production highlight.
“The biggest event in my life since the season has wrapped is my 2-year-old just started spelling her name,” Scheana continued.
“I was just gonna say that,” Brock added. “That’s our big event. We’ve got milestones.”
