Heather Opens Up About "Starting Fresh" with Whitney Rose
The RHOSLC cast member shares whether she thinks Meredith and Lisa will "ever be the same" in their friendship.
Bad weather is brewing once again on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
After clashing with one another repeatedly on the third season, snowflake holders/cousins Heather Gay and Whitney Rose are officially trying to get back on track in their friendship in Season 4.
"I want to forge a new path as friends," Heather told her family member on the Season 4 premiere, and Whitney responded, "We just [have to] show each other that we mean it."
On the September 26 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Heather shared an update on her relationship with the Wild Rose Beauty founder. She also revealed whether she thinks her castmates Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks, whose friendship fell apart during the show's sophomore season, can ever be the same again.

During WWHL, host Andy Cohen asked the Beauty Lab + Laser owner about what it's been like since she started "mending" her friendship with Whitney.
"It's going great," Heather said. "We just started fresh, truly."
The Bad Mormon author noted that her relationship with Whitney is more than just a friendship, "it's a sisterly bond."
"[It's] like, yes, I'm not out to get you, I love you and I want to be there for you, and I want to be your person again," she added. "And we're working toward it."
Though the relatives have had their fair share of arguments with one another, Heather and Whitney have made a concerted effort to move on from the past.
"It's hard to say those things and it's hard to unravel, but we said a clean slate [and] a fresh start moving forward," she said. "And, so far, there's just, I just feel love, so I'm good."
Heather Gay Weighs in on Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks' Friendship
Whitney and Heather aren't the only ones from RHOSLC who are making strides in their friendship on Season 4. Following Lisa's hot mic moment on Season 2, her longstanding friendship with Meredith hit some rough waters.
Now, the one-time besties are working on repairing their friendship, and Meredith told E! News that things are "definitely better" between them these days.
"We're real people with real feelings and so there are times where you see ups and downs," Meredith added. "Trust has to be rebuilt and it takes a moment."
On WWHL, Heather agreed with Meredith's sentiment, adding that things may never be the "same" between the jewelry designer and Lisa.
"I think, undeniably, it will never be the same, but I do think that they'll be able to repair a really good, functional relationship," she said on the WWHL After Show.
