Teresa Giudice Gave an Inside Look at Her Breathtaking Honeymoon In the "Land of Love"
The RHONJ cast member and Luis "Louie" Ruelas are documenting their romantic getaway to Greece on Instagram.
The honeymoon phase has officially begun! Just more than a week after their lavish August 6 wedding ceremony, The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice and new husband Luis “Louie” Ruelas are celebrating their honeymoon in Greece — and giving their Instagram followers an inside look at their romantic seaside getaway.
Upon arriving at Greece’s luxury hotel, Calilo, which is located on a remote corner of Ios island “just a pebble's throw” from Mykonos and Santorini, Teresa seemed fully immersed in her love bubble. “This is the land of love,” she said in an Instagram Stories video on the first day of her Grecian getaway, showing off the breathtaking panoramic sea views. “Look how beautiful. It’s all about the love here. … This is all about love, love, love.”
In addition to sharing a decadent meal at the Principote Mykonos beach club, Louie later captured a video of Teresa on a swing outside their hotel. In another photo, the RHONJ cast member, decked out in a neon orange number, posed in front of the sign for Nammos World, a beachside complex, featuring luxury shopping and dining.
Another shot showed Louie toting a beach bag, with fellow sunbather Teresa adding a red heart emoji to the Instagram Stories post. Meanwhile, love truly was in the air everywhere they looked around, as evidenced by other snaps of Calilo’s romantic touches, including a heart-shaped rock and “love” sign.
Teresa and Louie’s honeymoon destination provided a full-circle moment for the newlyweds, as they also got engaged in Greece in October 2021. The elaborate beach proposal included sparklers, a violinist, a fireworks display, and even some help from RHONJ alum Dina Manzo.
Sharing a video of the special moment to Instagram on October 23, Teresa wrote, "My Fiancé you are such a beautiful person inside and out. I love everything about you especially your heart and the way you treat me and my daughters. You are amazing in so many ways. [One] thing I admire about you is what a great Dad you are. I am so lucky to have found you thank you for coming into my life. I know my parents sent you to me from that day I prayed to them on Bay Blvd. I adore you endlessly. You are the love of my life, my soulmate and my everything. I Love you."
