Crystal Kung Minkoff Comments on Rumors About Her Falling-Out with 14 Friends
Here’s what the RHOBH cast member had to say about the chatter surrounding her past friend group.
As Crystal Kung Minkoff continues to get to know the women of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in her second season on the show, she has encountered some friction in her new friend group. However, rumors about her past friendships are what had everyone talking in the June 15 episode of RHOBH.
During the girls’ trip to Mexico, some of the women brought up that they’d heard Crystal has had issues in previous friend groups. We heard a little bit more about that in the June 15 episode of RHOBH, as Lisa Rinna noted in an interview that Crystal once told her “she had a falling-out with, like, 14 of her friends.”
Crystal later addressed the gossip in the comments of a post on the topic shared by Housewife Haikus on Instagram, which was then reposted by Comments By Bravo. “They say as you get older, your circle gets smaller,” Crystal wrote. “And I’m so grateful.”
During her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last week, Crystal addressed Sutton Stracke’s claims that she has tried to get close to “the most powerful” person in her friend group in the past (clip above). “You know what? If all my friends are really powerful, so be it,” Crystal said on WWHL. “I love it. I have great friends.”
Crystal also posted a photo with some of her pals backstage at WWHL on Instagram, along with the caption, “So grateful to have the most supportive, loving, and POWERFUL FRIENDS in the world.”
In fact, Crystal’s Instagram is full of pics with her friends, including a recent post on June 16 giving fans a glimpse into her “big night out with the crew.”
