Is every celebrity vacationing in Italy right now? First David Foster and Katharine McPhee announced their engagement there, and now Kourtney Kardashian and family are there and celebrating her daughter Penelope Disick's sixth birthday.
Lisa Rinna is hanging out there too and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills shopping mogul actually bumped into David Foster, who used to be married to RHOBH alum Yolanda Hadid. And it happened in the strangest way: they apparently ran into one another while David was cruising in a wooden Rascal boat. "Never know who you're gonna run into," she captioned a photo of David, adding a sunglasses cool face emoji.
