Rachel Fuda Reveals How She Plans to Update Her House Ahead of Her Baby's Arrival (EXCLUSIVE)
Plus, the pregnant The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member takes you inside her home's incredible playroom for her growing family.
Rachel Fuda and John Fuda's daughters, 4-year-old Gianella and 2-year-old Giuliana Fuda, are about to have a brand new sibling to play with.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member announced during the special "Off the Rails" episode on August 11 that she is expecting a baby with her husband. This baby will join their daughters and John's teenage son, Jaiden, who Rachel began the process of legally adopting in Season 13.
Ahead of this announcement, Rachel gave her TikTok followers a tour of her absolutely stunning and super fun playroom for her kids. Needless to say, the baby is going to have a lot of fun playing with their older siblings and all of those toys.
Inside Rachel Fuda's playroom for her children
Rachel could very well be raising future Olympians or, at least, little athletes thanks to the dynamic playroom, which combines recreational elements with traditional toys to inspire all aspects of imagination. Just one part of the massive room has an obstacle course, foam pit, rock climbing wall, ladder, ropes, and rope swing hanging from the ceiling if the kids are feeling particularly athletic one day.
But when they're ready to perform, the playroom has that covered. Rachel built her daughters a stage, perfect for choreographing performances and putting on little plays for the parents. The room also has an arts and crafts area with a built-in desk, a section for their dolls and stuffed animals, a mini arcade for the big kids, and a "garage" for their ride-on toys.
If the girls want to play "house" they have a built-in kitchen, and an extra room where Rachel said they play "grocery or Starbucks" with their play toys and cash register. And when they want to read, they have multiple spots to do so. There are two window seats with book storage underneath, in addition to a hanging chair to make reading a little more fun.
In the hallway next to the playroom and movie theater, there is also a full wet bar with refrigerators filled with water, a popcorn machine, and a space for candy. The best feature? A screen above the bar "so that if you come out for a snack during the movie, you don't have a miss the movie," Rachel said in the tour.
How Rachel and John Fuda are preparing their home for the new baby
In an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish on August 12, Rachel said that she and John don't have to make too many changes to their home before the baby's arrival. This is because the little kids will be very close in age.
"Thankfully, most of the house is already baby-friendly since I've had the girls back-to-back," Rachel said. "We're looking at getting a new baby swing, some new essentials like bottles. [But] the most important thing is to have help! Which is why I am so grateful that my parents are blocking off two weeks for me after the baby is born."
