Porsha Williams Gave Us a Close-Up Peek at Her Baby During Her Third Trimester Ultrasound

Now that Porsha Williams is well into her third trimester, she's ready to have us meet her "Baby PJ." Or at least take a peek at the top of her skull. The Real Housewives of Atlanta pal took followers inside the exam room at her latest ultrasound, which offered a sneak peek at her soon-to-be-born baby girl. 

Filming the action on the blown-up ultrasound screen, the 'Wife said: "It's the top of her skull." Then, she explained to her fiancé Dennis McKinley: "That's her whole head ... it's that big." Dennis quipped: "That's definitely your baby." 

In her caption, Porsha wrote: "#BabyPJ meet your Insta aunties & uncles." She added that the "still-baking" little one is already a little more than 7 pounds, 2 ounces. Take a peek at PJ's baking progress: 

Porsha first announced her pregnancy back in September. It was a long road to motherhood for the podcast host, who suffered a miscarriage and battled health concerns over the years. But Porsha has always wanted to be a mom, and she's thrilled to be expecting her first baby with Dennis.

Upon announcing her joyful news, the Atlanta pal told PEOPLE: "The thought of me getting that blessing after praying for it for so long and getting that blessing with someone who is just as excited as me — it’s Dennis’ first child, just like me — and it’s something we’ve both always wanted … It’s like a dream come true." 

Porsha's friends are sharing in her excitement, too. In February, the mama-to-be had a winter wonderland-themed baby shower, which included appearances from Cynthia Bailey, Marlo Hampton, and even RHOA alum Kenya Moore.
