Porsha Williams Shares an Update on Her Relationship with Her “Sweet Stepmom”
The RHOA cast member is sending a heartfelt shout-out to her sister Lauren’s mom.
During the January 10 episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Porsha Williams shared more details about her relationship with her half-sister, Lauren Williams. “Lauren and I are half sisters. We share the same dad. She lived with daddy, and I moreso came over on the weekends,” she explained of their family dynamics at the time.
Now, Porsha is also opening up about tight-knit relationship with Lauren’s mom, Lisa. On January 30, the RHOA cast member took to Instagram to share a heartfelt birthday tribute dedicated to her “sweet stepmom.”
“Shouting Happy Birthday to my sweet Stepmom/ Bonus Mom Lisa,” she wrote alongside a series of family photos, including a gorgeous snapshot from when she was pregnant with daughter Pilar Jhena. “I thank God for you and i hope you had the lost amazing day! Love you.”
The sweet birthday tribute comes just a couple of weeks after Lauren also took to Instagram to share her own message of gratitude to her mom, calling her “my whole heart.”
Alongside a beautiful throwback photo with Lisa and her daughter, Baleigh, Lauren listed some of her mother’s best qualities. “She is the reason I’m empathetic, intelligent, and compassionate," she wrote in the caption. "I love that our moms encouraged Porsha and I to be close even after our dad passed! I know that doesn’t happen in every family so I’m very thankful for this strong women in my life.”
