Padma Lakshmi "Can't Believe" Her Daughter's Latest Accomplishment

Padma Lakshmi is one proud mom! The Top Chef host recently celebrated her 11-year-old daughter Krishna’s latest achievement on Instagram.
On June 17, Padma took to Instagram to commemorate Krishna’s last day of fifth grade. The food expert and author shared a sweet photo of her soon-to-be sixth grader (literally) jumping for joy on a beautiful beach in front of a picturesque sunset.
“I can’t believe Littlehands is going to be a 6th grader!” Padma wrote in the caption alongside the photo. “I’m so proud of you Krishna, not only for acing your studies this year but for showing strength and grace through everything, including some of the very painful pitfalls of middle school.”
Padma went on to add, “It’s been the honor and privilege of my life to be your mom. I just wish it wasn’t going by so fast! I love you to the moon and back my dear.”
She concluded the message by adding several hashtags that read “last day of school” and “schools out forever.”
This isn’t the only sweet family photo that Padma has shared lately. The proud mom has captured several precious moments with her daughter on Instagram in recent weeks, including a photo of the duo rocking matching studded jeans.
“Twinning & winning with my girl,” she wrote in the caption of the May 27 post.
