Meet Luis D. Ortiz's Baby Girl, Leela: See First Photos of the MDLNY Daughter
The MDLNY agent took fans inside the moment when he welcomed his daughter in the delivery room.
After breaking the news that he was expecting his first child earlier this season on Million Dollar Listing New York, Luis D. Ortiz officially welcomed his daughter on Thursday's (September 25) episode of MDLNY. Luis broke the news of the baby's birth to Steve Gold, who didn't even know his fellow agent was about to become a first-time dad.
"I have a baby, yes! I'm a father of a beautiful baby girl. Her name is Leela," he proudly revealed in the episode (above).
From there he took viewers inside the delivery room, two weeks prior to sharing the news with Steve, to meet his family, including his newborn daughter and the baby's mother, Nikita.
"She's so pretty," Luis declared upon meeting her in the hospital, calling all of her tiny features "perfect."
It's been an emotional season for Luis, who in addition to becoming a first-time father, also returned to NYC and real estate after a lengthy sabbatical. And, as he stated in Thursday's episode of MDLNY, meeting Leela has left him speechless.
"I always thought that I knew exactly how to describe how I feel in pretty much every situation," he said. "For the first time in my life I'm unable to really explain what I feel. I'm humbled and grateful to be where I am and to have Leela in my life."
Later on he added, "My life has just started really."
