During the Summer House Season 8 reunion, Lindsay Hubbard revealed she recently renewed the lease on the apartment she previously shared with Carl Radke. Now that she's living there alone, Lindsay is making some updates to the space, and her latest project is the spacious balcony.

In the video above, Lindsay told BravoTV.com that the "massive, massive terrace" initially sold her and Carl on the apartment, and it's easy to see why. More recently, Lindsay shared that she made it even more beautiful with some new furniture and decor.

On June 25, Lindsay shared Instagram Story photos from New York-based interior design firm JMYinteriors that showed her newly upgraded outdoor setup.

In one of the photos, Lindsay noted that while she was traveling (she recently went to Italy for Andrea Denver's wedding and then to Nashville, where she owns an Airbnb), the company had delivered two white chairs. Additionally, another seating area is now decked out with colorful pillows. Lindsay shared her excitement about the new decor, writing in her Instagram snap, "Balcony life!"

On the May 21 episode of the Bitch Bible podcast, Lindsay shared she was "in the process" of making some other changes to the apartment.

"We're getting rid of the bed, the bed frame, the rugs, [and] the couch," she said. "I f-cking hate that couch...I've hated it since the moment it arrived in my apartment. So that is gone."

Lindsay Hubbard explains why she didn't move after Carl Radke split

It was revealed on Summer House Season 7 that Lindsay and Carl paid $13,000 in monthly rent for the apartment. However, Lindsay explained on the podcast that she now pays less and it was a better financial decision for her to stay in the apartment than to move.

"My landlord and I worked out a deal where she actually reduced the rent," she said. "Which never happens in New York."

"I was crunching all of these numbers," she added. "I had actually gone to look at like seven or eight different apartments with one of my best friends, who is a broker. I love my neighborhood, so I was looking around my neighborhood, but I still need a two-bedroom because I have too much sh-t for a one-bedroom. And it's New York. You just need space."

Noting that "all these apartments were a little less expensive," she explained, "But I'm gonna have to move, and pay movers, pay the organizers, pay the broker fees, pay the new building condo fees to then potentially hate the location and then move again in a year."
