Lesa Milan Speculates About the Future of Her Marriage: “A Rainy Day Can Come At Any Point"
Lesa Milan opened up about her and Richard "Rich" Hall's marriage on RHODubai.
Since Season 2 of The Real Housewives of Dubai premiered in June 2024, we've seen the glamorous Lesa Milan try to maintain a proper work-fun-family life balance. But how does her decade-long marriage to husband Richard "Rich" Hall fit into the equation?
During Season 2, Episode 6 of RHODubai, which aired on Tuesday, July 9, Lesa noted that she's no idealist when it comes to the future of her relationship.
"A rainy day can come at any point in time," she shared after a producer asked her, based on a comment she made, if she really thinks Rich would ever leave her. "Whether that rainy day is, God forbid, Rich loses his companies, or we part ways."

Lesa Milan Opens Up About Her Marital Issues
Early in the episode, Lesa sat down with Chanel Ayan for a coffee date. While hanging out, she discussed a comment Sara Al Madani allegedly made about her how she's been "snappy" lately, asking if everything was okay "at home." She went on to share how her recent demeanor relates to her relationship and quality of life in general.
"My husband the other day was telling me 'you're always too tired for sex.' And that makes me feel like, 'Am I being a sh-tty wife?" explained Lesa.
In a confessional, she expanded on the comment.
"As annoyed as I was with Sara's comment, it actually made me reflect on why it made me so angry. I do feel overwhelmed. I'm giving all of myself to my family and my business. Can it be done? Absolutely. But it's hard as f-ck."
Back with Ayan, Lesa said that she doesn't always know who she is these days. "The thing is, my children are my priority. But as Mina Roe grows and everything is expanding, that also requires a lot of my time. My mom, the other day, she was like, 'Just in case Rich leaves you need a backup plan. I'm like 'Mina Roe is my backup plan. And I pray to God Rich never leaves."
Ayan's advice? Lesa should give herself a little break.
Is Lesa Milan still married to Rich?
During a June 2024 interview with The Daily Dish, Lesa gave an update on her marriage — and put any rumors of turmoil to rest.
"Rich and I are doing great, we just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary!" she shared. "He’s still my biggest supporter (besides my mom) and still showing up to our weekly date nights!"
