Leah McSweeney Has Feelings About Daughter Kier’s Latest Milestone
The RHONY cast member couldn’t help but get emotional over this sweet throwback pic with her daughter.
Leah McSweeney is feeling all the feels over her daughter Kier’s latest milestone. The Real Housewives of New York City cast member couldn’t help but get emotional while sharing a precious throwback photo of her now-teen on Instagram.
On September 6, Leah took to Instagram to share a sweet flashback picture with her daughter while commemorating Kier’s upcoming entrance into high school. In the cute snapshot, the mom can be seen hugging her little girl in an elementary school classroom.
“9 years ago. She starts high school this week. I’m crying,” the proud mom wrote in the caption of the photo alongside a crying face emoji, also adding, “ps. Thank you Aunt Pat for sending me this.”
This isn’t the first time that Leah has shared a nostalgic photo with her daughter in recent weeks. In June, she celebrated Kier’s 14th birthday with another heartwarming throwback picture. “You may be turning 14 today but you will forever be my baby,” she wrote in the caption at the time. “I may not be able to pick you up anymore but the nights I rocked you to sleep live in me forever.”
She went on to add, “You are going into high school as a young woman with integrity, kindness, humor (pretty dark I may add), empathy and intelligence. You make me and Daddy so proud Kier Marie.”
Back in April, Leah also shared a vintage photo from when she was pregnant with Kier. "April 1st 2007. I had a beautiful baby shower celebration for Kiki,” the caption read in part.
