Lateasha Breaks Down the Married to Medicine Drama with Quad & Heavenly's "Gold Digger" Diss
Lateasha Lunceford went on WWHL to break down the drama swirling between her and Quad Webb with Andy Cohen.
The ladies of Married to Medicine are no strangers to intra-cast beef. And when an ex-wife and a new wife are involved, there’s probably an added layer of tension. That tension has led to plenty of questions about how new Season 10 cast member Lateasha Lunceford, also known as "Sweet Tea," fit into the cast at first — and where her relationships with them stand now. In a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Lateasha broke down the drama between her and her man Gregory Lunceford’s ex-wife, Quad Webb.
Lateasha says Quad wasn’t friendly when she joined the show
Andy Cohen asked what we've all been wondering: “Who was the least welcoming to you joining the group?”
And Sweet Tea didn’t hesitate to say Quad’s name. For most of this recent season, Dr. Heavenly Kimes and Sweet Tea have had a battle of words, but when he asked who gave her the cheapest wedding gift, Sweet Tea pointed the finger at Quad.
“Well, you can’t blame her,” Andy said.

Sweet Tea went on to explain that “she gave me Victoria's Secret lingerie and a candle.” She then added that she doesn't even know where those gifts are now. But she was surprised that Quad even got her anything as a wedding gift and admitted they still had some things to address down the line.
How long were Quad and Dr. Gregory together?
Their marriage was certainly one that had its fair share of ups and downs, which were documented on the show. From Season 1, we learned about events surrounding a spat the couple had landed them both in jail. Quad said she was angry and threw a bowl at him and he called the police. They loved each other enough to keep the marriage going and were married for six years, tying the knot in 2012. They officially divorced in 2019 after accusations of abuse and cheating on Gregory's end.
Lateasha responds to Dr. Heavenly’s "gold digger" diss
Since the Season 10 premiere episode, Dr. Heavenly has called Sweet Tea out in many clapbacks, but Sweet Tea didn’t seem too offended by it when a viewer called into WWHL to ask about her having previously said she loved the access to Dr. Gregory’s money.

“Every woman wants a man that’s making good money and a wife should have access to her husband’s money. She is the house manager and makes the world go round, she creates the atmosphere,” she explained.
During WWHL, it was also pointed out that Dr. Heavenly had previously said Sweet Tea wasn’t so much digging for gold but for copper when it came to Dr. Gregory.
Sweet Tea wasn’t having that snark from Heavenly. “She needs to focus on her relationship since she trapped her man, trapped Damon," she said. "Now that her daughter has graduated from school, she needs to figure out what she’s going to do now because he has no obligations now to her.”
Something tells us Dr. Heavenly isn’t going to let that comment slide.
