Ashley Darby Has Already Picked Out an Engagement Ring for Marriage No. 2: "She's Stunning"
The RHOP cast member said she's open to finding love again after filing to divorce Michael Darby.

Less than a week after filing to divorce Michael Darby, The Real Housewives of Potomac mom said she was confident that a second marriage was in her future — so confident, in fact, that she’s already selected her next engagement ring.

“I will be married again,” she told Us Weekly. “I know what ring I want and everything. I’ve already picked her out. She’s stunning. She’s the pear shape, a nice little single gold band, but she’s at least three and a half carats minimum.”
Ashley also touched on her desire for an intimate wedding ceremony but said she’s open to something larger.
“I like a small wedding, but what if I’m with someone in the public eye or somebody that comes from a large family?” she explained. “I got to compromise. I don’t like that word. The more I’m single, the less I like the word compromise. I really like doing things my own way.”

Ashley announced her split from Michael in 2022, roughly eight years after they exchanged “I dos.”
“While our romantic bond is broken, we will always love and respect each other,” she wrote in a statement. “We also know that true happiness can only be achieved by continuing to work together and putting our hearts and souls into raising our two beautiful boys, Dean and Dylan [Darby]. They will always feel loved and supported, for they were truly created out of love. As this is a personal matter for us, we appreciate everyone who has been a part of our journey and ask for your continued support by respecting us as we go through this emotional situation.”
Ashley reveals where she stands with her ex-beau Luke Gulbranson
Several months after the announcement, the Potomac ’Wife was introduced to Luke Gulbranson, a Summer House alum whom she dated until early 2023. Ashley spoke about the brief romance during a recent interview with The Daily Dish, confirming she and her ex-beau were no longer speaking.
“I do not talk to Luke,” she said. “Some things have transpired that we just… initially, we were sort of leaving it as friends, but we are no longer friends.”

So what is Ashley looking for in a romantic partner? Well, “a male version of [herself].”
“I’ve discovered that it’s important to me that the next person in my life understands commitment because now that I have children and all these other things that come with me, my ‘Chanel bags,’” she explained. “I really have to be with someone who knows what that looks like. Not necessarily being my main focus and still being able to not feel like I’m neglecting them or whatever… We also have to have physical chemistry, emotional chemistry. We need to agree on politics, especially now, that’s very important to me.”
