Here's What Ladies of London's Adela King Wants You to Know About Her Before the New Season

There's a new lady in Londontown. Adela King is joining this season of Ladies of London, thanks to her old friend, Caroline Stanbury, who introduces her into this elite social circle. 

What we know so far about this new mate is that she is "bright, sparky, big boobs, big hair," at least according to Caroline in the Season 3 supertease (clip above). We've also already learned all about Adela's background, from her two children and her career in fashion to her battle with addiction. 

But what can Ladies of London fans really expect from Adela this season? "I love to laugh," Adela said instantly when The Daily Dish asked how she would introduce herself to viewers before the new season begins. From the supertease, it's clear that Adela is going to be a ton of fun.

Adela isn't afraid to speak her mind, either. "I'm very up front," she said. "If one of my friends look crap in an outfit, I'm gonna tell her because I want her to look the best she can." Look out, ladies. 

However, she's always there to lend an ear for her friends. "I've learned a lot over the years, and I try and help," she said. "I know that lots of my friends come to me for advice." 

As far as hobbies go, Adela is super into health and fitness, which is easy to see from her many fierce fitness selfies on Instagram. "Exercise is very important to me," she said. "Looking after myself is very important to me."

However, the most important things in Adela's life are her friends and family, including her adorable dog, Disco. "I've learned who my friends are and I cherish them, and I support them, and I build them. And I cherish my family," she shared.
