Kyle Richards Shares Who Her "Biggest Supporter" on RHOBH Season 14 Has "Definitely" Been
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member spilled details on her friendship with Erika Jayne in the upcoming season as she navigates her split from Mauricio Umansky.
Kyle Richards went through some really tough times on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13.
The cast member struggled with the fall out from her martial issues with her husband Mauricio Umansky, while navigating her new friendships, and new sobriety. Although some of her RHOBH cast members had difficulties handling these changes in her, others were there to help catch the emotional fallout.
Kyle has continued to rely on those cast members during the filming of RHOBH Season 14. And, during an Amazon Live stream on Aug. 13, Kyle revealed which cast member she has been particularly close to these days.
Kyle Richards says Erika Jayne gives "unwavering support" in RHOBH Season 14
During the livestream, Kyle said that RHOBH cast member, Erika Jayne, has been a huge support for her throughout the new season. "Definitely Erika," she confirmed.
The mom of four noted that Erika has provided "unwavering support and you know, she's always been there for me, and she's always been a trustworthy friend, and a big supporter," she said. "So I've always appreciated her so much."
How Erika Jayne has supported Kyle during her separation from Mauricio
Erika has been a consistent friend to Kyle "on television and off television" throughout the highs and lows in her life. During an appearance on The Talk in March, Erika said that she related to Kyle when she went through her own separation in 2019.
"Look, it's hard to the show, your life is entertainment, and when your life breaks apart, it hurts double time," Erika said. "So of course, I'm just going to be there for her."
Erika echoed a similar sentiment on RHOBH Season 13 Episode 17. "It's important to be there for Kyle because she was always good to me," she said during a confessional.
She continued to elaborate on how hard life can be in the public eye during an episode of Bravo's Hot Mic podcast. Thus, she understands Kyle a little bit better.
"It's like what Kyle is going through now - this is happening you guys," she said. "Sh-t is, I just remember being cornered in a f-cking ugly stairwell and just being asked all these questions on my day off just trying to go to the grocery store. It just doesn't feel good."
Where Kyle Richards and Sutton Stracke stand going into RHOBH Season 14
After Kyle and RHOBH cast member, Sutton Stracke, experienced their differences in Season 13, it sounds like Kyle has been able to rely on her more lately.
"I just love her and I love our friendship where it's going and so I want to be there for her and support her in any way I can," Sutton told Us Weekly in July.
Kyle reiterated this sentiment during her most recent Amazon Live stream. "Sutton and I are good currently," she said. "I hope to keep it that way."
