Kyle Richards Shares How Her Living Situation with Mauricio Has Changed in "The Last Couple of Months"
The RHOBH cast member revealed new details about her separation from Mauricio Umansky.
Kyle Richards is sharing new details about her current living situation with Mauricio Umansky amid their separation.
In an interview with Extra published on February 8, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member shared with the outlet that she and Mauricio are still living "under the same roof," continue to "get along," and are "just kind of figuring it out." However, although they are both still living in their Encino home, Kyle clarified that they haven't seen much of each other in the house recently.
"How often are you under the same roof?" Extra host Billy Bush asked, to which Kyle responded, "The last couple of months, not a lot at all, honestly."
Kyle didn't elaborate on why she and Mauricio haven't been seeing much of each other in their shared primary home these days, but the pair own two other houses together, one in Aspen and another in La Quinta.

In a December 2023 interview with The Messenger, Kyle opened up about the living arrangement. "We both very much live at home in the same house, and we're fortunate enough that my home can fit us all to spread out," she said. "And I'm also very fortunate that we get along and care about each other very much and that we are a family no matter what."
"That's always been what we stand for," she continued. "That has not changed, and, obviously, some days are not as great as others. Some days it's like, 'Oh, it's a little awkward today.' And other days, it's like nothing ever happened, and we're just all watching TV as a family."
Is Kyle Richards moving out of Los Angeles?
On Season 13, Episode 11 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle shared her desire to move out of Los Angeles when the group took a trip to Ojai, California. "When I'm here, places like this, I think this is how I wanna live, just like this," she told her castmates. "Quiet, away from everybody."
"I will always have a love for Los Angeles," Kyle continued in an interview during the episode, which aired on January 10. "But I just don't feel as connected to it as I used to. The things that make me happy are being outside, running by the river, [and] hiking with my dogs."
She concluded: "So one day, when Portia [Umansky]'s done with school, I'm going to choose someplace to live that is more conducive to what brings me happiness."
