Vanderpump Rules' Kristina Kelly is "loving" her life right now, and it's not hard to see why. Kristina is in baby bliss as she watches her son, River, grow up (in a very chic nursery, no less.) She's also in a loving relationship with her longtime beau, Max, who's delighted to be a dad from the looks of it. It looks like little River is digging his life, too.

Kristina Kelly shares updates on her boyfriend, Max, and her son, River
In a January 13 Instagram post, Kristina shared a photo of her and Max, both wearing sunglasses and looking chic in the black-and-white capture. "You will forever be my always," the mother of one wrote. "Happy birthday my love!"
Just a few days later on January 15, Kristina celebrated another milestone. Sharing a video of her son crawling around in his cozy, neutral-hued nursery, the former SURver wrote: "10 months old today! Love this stage so much." In the Instagram Story, the newly minted 10-month-old played with a plush dog, and Kristina stepped into the frame to cuddle her baby.
Another Instagram Story showed her holding River on her hip. "Dream boy," she wrote of her son, who was looking look quite adorable indeed in a blue onesie. Adding a shout-out to her dog, who was snuggled under some blankets in the pic, Kristina wrote: "Also dream boy."
Kristina Kelly announces the birth of her son
It seems like just yesterday when Kristina welcomed River into the world. She confirmed her baby's arrival in an Instagram post on March 19, 2023. River is the first child of the skincare entrepreneur and her partner of 13 years.
"You’re more than I could have ever dreamed of, welcome to the world River," the Heartspring Co. founder shared in a sweet Instagram post, alongside a photo of the newborn. Her friends, including Katie Maloney, left messages of love on the post—and it seems that the Something About Her co-owner predicted how much Kristina would love motherhood.
After Kristina's 2023 baby shower, Katie described the event on Instagram. "The most beautiful shower for this beautiful angel!" the Vanderpump Rules cast member wrote. "You’re going to be the most incredible and loving mother." Kristina commented back, "You’re going to be the best Auntie[.] How did we get so lucky[?]"
