Besides "still going strong" in general as she noted in that June post, Kathryn announced a big life change earlier this year: she's going back to school.
In a March 2024 Instagram story, she wrote "This girl is going back to school!" alongside a scrolling banner reading "BREAKING NEWS." While she didn't share what school she's attending or what she might be studying there, she looked super studious in the image, wearing a big black bow and adorable black-and-white outfit.
As for what else Kathryn might be up to, her Instagram bio notes that she's a "mother, model, [and] muse."
When did Kathryn Dennis leave Southern Charm?
Kathryn, who was an original Season 1 charmer, left Southern Charm after Season 8. She confirmed her exit in January 2023, confirming at the time: "I'm excited for whatever comes next."

"When your kiddo nails a touchdown and busts out the Madden victory dance," she wrote in the post's caption. "Proud mom with my little champ and his biggest fans."
In February, she also posted a sweet photo with both of her babies at a family Valentine's Day dinner, who she dubbed, "the [loves] of my LIFE."

In an October 2023 interview with The Daily Dish, Shep even said that he would give her a "gigantic hug" the next time he saw her. It didn't take too long for this to come to fruition, as they ended up reuniting in December.
“A good ole fashioned terd sandwich,” she captioned a post that featured her in the middle of Craig and Shep. “Love my boys!”
